Batchdos is a batch system for chemical reagents preparation and dosage, designed to be easily integrated into any processing unit.
- Automatic water load and metering.
- Manual reagents addition.
- Sanitary tank with agitator for homogenizing and stirring.
- Peristaltic or diaphragm pump for transfer and dosage.
- The reagents are added in a pre-established order, according to a customizable recipe.
- The stirring time can be customized by editing the recipe.
- Standard tank sizes:
- 1 x 500 L (other sizes upon request).
- Up to 6 x 50 L (other sizes upon request).
- Peristaltic or diaphragm pump, depending on the product.
- Chemical reagents: activated carbon, polymers, phosphoric acid, lime, alum, ammonium, among others.
