Emsys A-Learn

Emsys is a system designed specifically to empty in a simple, quick and effortless manner all kinds of concentrated liquids, contained in various recipients, capable of emptying the right part at the right time of the formulation.

In the semi-automatic version of Emsys, the equipment moves automatically from its home position and locates itself on top of the recipient; after being manually positioned on top of the opening of the recipient, it automatically goes to the bottom and starts unloading the product.

After a specified time, the system will stop and wait for confirmation from the operator that the unloading is finished. After that, it will automatically begin rinsing the recipient, if a rinse was configured.

Once the process is finished, the system returns to its home position, where it can be cleaned with an automatic CIP process.

• It is the semi-automatic version of Emsys.

• The equipment consists of movements in three axes (X, Y, Z) by means of a robotic arm which learns the containers positions, manually assisted by an operator.

• Possibility of spears of different sizes for the emptying of drums of smaller volume, for example 25 lts.

• The system allows the injection of water while emptying the recipient to help the suction of certain products.
  ‍
• The rinse of the recipient is done starting from the top injecting water to the inner walls of it, for a thorough cleaning.

• Can communicate with the formulation system to determine when to send the product.

  Thought from its origin to be compatible with in-line CIP and designed to ensure a thorough cleaning.

• Adaptive learning
  The operators teach the robot to find the position of the containers. They must position the ingredients next to the equipment, select which one is going to be configured, then manually lead the robot to the container top, and finally confirm the position on the HMI.

• Semi-automatic process
  Once the robot has learnt all the positions, Emsys A-Learn communicates with the formulation system (Formbev) and performs the ingredient dosage.

  Emsys A-Learn handles the suction lance, eliminating physical effort from operators, preventing fatigue and injuries, and maximizing ingredient dosing efficiency.

  Emsys A-Learn uses a cobot, a collaborative robot, designed with sensors and limited force features that stop the robot immediately upon contact with a human.

• Easy operation
  The process is controlled through the touch-screen provided by the equipment as HMI, from where all the operations can be carried out in a simple and intuitive way.
